Process to submit a claim in Germany

How to submit a claim

If after carefully studying our terms and conditions you would like to submit a claim, please follow the process below or contact us +49 (0)2131 3100 0

1. Noteer uw opmerkingen op het vrijgavebericht

Wanneer u het voertuig ontvangt of ophaalt dient u uw opmerkingen op het vrijgavebericht of het CMR te schrijven

2. Foto van de kilometerstand

Om uw claim te accepteren, vraagt BCA om een afbeelding van de kilometerstand

3. 48 uur om een claim in te dienen

U kunt binnen 48 uur claimen op voertuigen die zijn afgeleverd door een transportbedrijf. Voertuigen die zijn afgeleverd door BCA geldt een claimtijd van 24 uur.

4. Vul het online formulier in

U vindt het online claim formulier hieronder

5. Voeg documenten toe

Voeg het vrijgavebericht of CMR samen met een foto van de kilometerstand en andere relevante foto’s bij het claimformulier

Before submitting a claim

Please note that the following cases are not subject to any claim:

  • Anything you could have checked before
  • Missing additional euqipment, e.g. 2nd key, CD/SD/DVD etc.
  • Missing spare wheel/tire fit
  • Defective vehicle batteries and damages caused by this
  • Defective vehicle batteries, including consquential damages from third-party operations
  • Wear and tear on vehicle parts
  • Damage below the value of 300€
