If you received the vehicle via BCA ETS Transport: note the defects on the CMR. If your carrier picked-up the vehicle: make sure that the defect was recorded on the handover at the time of collection.
In order to accept your claim, BCA will request a picture of the mileage counter.
Vehicles can be claimed 48 hours since pick-up when using a third-party carrier, or 24 hours if the vehicle was delivered by BCA.

If the maximum deadline is exceeded, the buyer has the right to cancel the purchase.

If delay for change of ownership of documents is passed and the buyer do not have receive the original car documents under his name. He is entitled for a sale cancellation.
