How to submit a claim

Please fill in this form within 24 hours after receiving the vehicle.

1. Make notes of the damages

When you receive or pick up the vehicle, write your comments clearly down.

2.Contact us

To submit a claim, please fill in the form below. Your form must be submitted within 24h after delivery of the car.

3. Our answer

Our team will confirm or deny the acceptance of your claim as soon as possible. We will contact you abouth the further process of the claim.

Before submitting a claim

Please note that you can submit a claim if:

  • The claim amount is higher than € 400,-; this is your own risk
  • You have not driven with the vehicle over 50 kilometers
  • The odometer shows less than 225.000 km
  • The car is no older than 12 years
  • Repair work hasn't already been done to the vehicle
  • You have not already resold the vehicle
  • If the claim is not about a wear part (clutch, mass fly wheel, ect.)
