After you have received the invoice from us, you have three working days to pay it.

After receipt of payment for your purchased vehicles you have the possibility to use our BCA transport service or to instruct your forwarding agent:
EU customers: from purchase date 01.01.2020. Your car must be collected by a third-party transport company – due to our VAT compliance policy it is not possible to collect the vehicle(s) on your own. This applies to all types of vehicles (margin and qualifying cars). In order to provide you with your car documents after transportation we will need a completely filled out confirmation of receipt as well as a signed and stamped CMR.
Release for collection after receipt of payment. Vehicle can be collected by forwarding agent at the location indicated in the vehicle description. Please note the respective sales information of the auctions.
We will send you the car documents by express mail, after receiving the corresponding proof of export:
If your company is based in an European country, please send a scanned copy of the fulfilled CMR
If your company is not based in an European country, please send a scanned copy of the EX1.
