Buyer fees

All purchases at Alphabet Polska auctions are subject to additional administrative costs. You will find detailed information below.

Administrative Fees

  • A fee of PLN 850 net is added to cars up to PLN 20 000 net
  • To cars above PLN 20,000 net, a fee of 2% of the car's value is added, with a minimum of PLN 1400 net

Parking Fees

  • You have 14 days to pick up the car after receiving confirmation
  • After exceeding 14 days, a parking fee of PLN 50 per day will be added

Invoicing and VAT policy

Please find below the important details regarding payment and VAT policy.

Invoice

Within 24 hours a VAT invoice for the purchased vehicle will be sent to your e-mail address.

Payment

After receiving the invoice, you will have 48 hours to pay it to the indicated account number.

VAT Policy

BCA Polska issues invoices to European Union customers without VAT.

Collect your vehicle

We offer various transport solutions depending on the country you have bought your vehicle, or what option better suits your business. Please note: it is never possible to collect a car by yourself directly, and transport company is always required.

Automatic Transport

For European buyers BCA automatically takes care of transporting your cars to you. Upon delivery, only a signed CMR should be sent back to receive the car documents.
Exceptions: Non-running vehicles and customers from Ireland, Greece, Cyprus and Malta.

Third party collection

Self-collection through external transport carrier means that Non-EU buyers or EU buyers that have opted-out of BCA Automatic Transport can organise their own transport. Upon delivery, the signed CMR and Receipt of Delivery Declaration must be provided to get the car documents.

Car Documents

Some of the car documents will be handed over to a transport company chosen by the buyer or to a person directly collecting the purchased vehicle. We kindly ask you to send back the proof of exporting the vehicle immediately after it leaves the territory of Poland.

European customers
