BCA Italy offers and applies by default the automatic transport service to all running vehicles for the non-Italian Companies based in the EU (with the exception of Sweden, Greece, Malta, Cyprus and Ireland).
This service is not applicable on this cases:

  • Purchasing Company is not based in EU
  • Vehicles are "not-ruuning"

Buyer fees

All buyer fees are without VAT and applicable for each vehicle bought. BCA EuroShop Included.

Invoicing and VAT policy

Invoice

You will receive the invoice on your email address within 24 hours from the end of the auction.

Payment

From the day you receive the invoice, you will have 2 working days to pay through bank transfer.

BCA gives you the opportunity to choose: - You can arrange by yourself the transport of your purchases - You can ask BCA to manage the transporto your vehicles

We are very conscious about the importance for you to have your vehicle(s) delivered as soon and easy as possible.

EU Automatic Transport

BCA Italy offers and applies by default the automatic transport service to all running vehicles for the non-Italian Companies based in the EU (with the exception of Sweden, Greece, Malta, Cyprus and Ireland).
This service is not applicable on this cases:
- Purchasing Company is not based in EU
- Vehicles are "non-runners" It is possible to arrange your own transport.

Collect by third party

Italian Customer or Extra EU Customer: you have up to 10 days to collect your running vehicles and up to 12 days for not-running vehicles. After that daily parking fee will applied.
EU Customer: you have up to 14 days to collect your vehicles. After that BCA Italy will transport your vehicle and issue the related invoice.

Car Documents

  • All non-Italian Buyers will receive the pick-up authorization as soon as the deregistration is defined.
  • BCA will send you the vehicle documents via express courier right after receiving by email the copy of the CMR (DDT or bill of shipment) properly fulfilled and signed. Send the CMR at documenti.ita@bca.com
