How to submit a claim

1. Beskrivning

Ange tydligt vad det är du vill reklamera

2. Bilder

Ta tydliga foton på det du önskar reklamera

3. 24 timmar

Din reklamation måste göras inom 24 timmar från att bilen blivit levererad till dig.

4. E-post

Skicka ett mail till oss. Längre ner på sidan ser du vilken info vi behöver ha från dig.

5. Bifoga bilder

Glöm inte att bifoga de bilder du tagit på det du önskar reklamera

6. Återkoppling från oss inom 24 timmar

BCA kommer att återkoppla till dig gällande din reklamation inom 24 timmar (1 arbetsdag)..
