If you pick-up vehicles by truck on Bouchain compound, please send an email to [email protected] including the list of vehicles and the date of pickup at least 48hrs before arriving onsite. Bouchain will reply to the email with a load number. When arriving at the compound, the carrier must go at the entry gate and gives his load number, ID & release documents. If he doesn't have a load number, he will have to wait that all the trucks arriving with one are served.

If you pick-up vehicles by truck on Castelnau compound, please send an email to [email protected] including the list of vehicles and the date of pickup at least 48hrs before arriving onsite.When arriving at the compound, the carrier must go at the entry gate and gives his ID and release documents. Castelnau will give a load number to the carrier and ask to wait to have a free load lane. Then the gate entrance will call the carrier to enter into the compound.
