Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a vehicle does not always live up to the expected and obviously it is possible to file a complaint to BCA. NOTE: All vehicles must be thoroughly checked when received from the transport company. Only faults and defects, that are immediately recorded at the CMR freight document before the handover of the vehicle, can be approved and processed by BCA. The claim must be announced to BCA within 24 hours from the receiving of the vehicle - and always through the following claim form.
Blagovremena žalba mora da se podnese pisanim putem preko našeg formulara za onlajn žalbe. Oštećenje tokom transporta treba navesti na CMR transportnom dokumentu i priložiti uz žalbu.
Potrebno je da imate na umu različite rokove, u zavisnosti od toga da li je automobil kupljen u hali, odobren za slanje u BCA ili transportovan na vašu lokaciju. Pročitajte Odredbe i uslove za određenu aukciju.
Popunite sledeći obrazac pritužbe sa svim relevantnim informacijama. U obrazac za žalbu priložite slike, CMR otpremnicu i sve relevantne informacije i pošaljite ih BCA.
Jednom kada budete poslali, uskoro ćete dobiti e-poštu sa potvrdom primanja vaše žalbe.
