Buyer fees

The amount of our fees are 175 € HT for Alphabet sales and 370 € HT for Belgium Mix sales. Those fees apply to each vehicle purchased. Transport is included for all Belgian buyers. Fees applied to the sale Euroshop are equal to 3% ex-VAT of the fixed price including tax per vehicle, with a minimum of €350 ex-VAT.

Attention the address communicated will have to be accessible by a truck trailer (truck door 8).

Invoicing and VAT policy

The same day you make a purchase, you will receive the invoice on your email address

Payment

From the day you receive the invoice, you will have 2 working days to pay through bank transfer

BCA Bélgica invoices all foreign buyers without VAT

Collect your vehicle

Transport is automatic and included for all Belgian buyers in the fees.
For French buyers, also benefit from free transport to the center of Bouchain!
For foreign buyers 2 possibilities are available to you:

BCA delivery

We are very conscious about the importance for you to have your vehicle(s) delivered as soon and easy as possible. Therefore, we have built an extensive logistic network across Europe to provide you with the best offer. You can estimate your transport costs and request a transport with our "calculator".

From 2021 February, the 1st the maximum time for vehicle pickup is 7 calendar days from the date of sale. This period is increased by 2 additional days for foreign buyers and 4 additional days for damaged and non-running cars. Thereafter, parking and insurance costs shall be charged at the rate of €18 ex-VAT (€21.60 including tax) per extra day. Your carrier must make an appointment 24 hours in advance with the compound. He will have to present the filled release document (bon de sortie), which will be sent to you after your payment of the vehicle.

We will send you the car documents by express mail, after receiving the corresponding proof of export:

European customers

If your company is based in an European country, please send a scanned copy of the fulfilled CMR, the carrier's insurance and the receipt of delivery declaration. The receipt of delivery declaration is attached to your release documents.
