A claim must always be submitted in writing, via our claim form. This makes sure there is no misunderstanding about what you want to claim. Transport damage should also be written on the CMR transport document and needs to be attached to the claim.
You should be aware of various deadlines, depending on the country where you have bought the vehicle. Please read the Terms & Conditions per country for the specific deadlines via the links in the table below.
Add additional documents as proof to support your claim: pictures, invoices from an independent garage, etc. Without any proof your claim will be rejected.
