- At BCA Spain we divide the documentation management deadlines into three types:
-“Doc lista”: This means that the average term is 10-15 natural days, with a maximum delay of 30 days.
-“No doc lista” (nothing is specified): This means that the average processing time is 35-45 natural days and can be up to 60 days.
-Vehicle with documentary incidence (reservation of right of ownership, cancellation of leasing process or charges): This means that the maximum term can reach 120 days.
If the deadline is exceeded, the customer has the right to cancel the sale and BCA will arrange the return transport service if the delivery of the purchase was done by BCA Transport.
- In case of cancellation due to major delay in change of ownership process, payment for improvements made to the car (mechanical work, repairs to bodywork and paintwork) can be reiumbursed up to a maximum of 800€ + VAT. Such work must be justified by means of delivery notes, receipts or invoices.
- Any vehicle identified as non-running or damaged vehicles, or any vehicle included in a “damaged vehicles” or “accident vehicle” auctions cannot be subject to a claim. Vehicles sold 'as is’ condition cannot be subject to a claim as well.
- Claim related to vehicles with a value of up to € 1.500 won't be considered.
