COVID-19 and RD 463/2020 | Temporary measures


  1. BCA offers an extensive online auction calendar.
  2. The auction centers will remain closed until April 9.
  3. Vehicles purchased since the announcement of the stoppage of non-essential activities will not generate stays during that period until further notice.
  4. The "BCA Responde" customer service and the MarketPrice valuation service will be avaliable from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00 hours.
  5. Suspensions in our claims policy. Stop applying:
  • Bonuses for delay in the delivery of vehicles through our transport (point 6).
  • Cancellations and compensations for delay in processing the documentation (point 8).

You pick up a car and it is not as advertised


You have 48h to open a claim after you picked-up a car (2 hours if your claim is related to mechanical or damage condition). If your vehicle has been shipped by BCA you should notify it in the CMR.

Make sure the vehicle is eligible to make a claim on by checking our rules regarding claims and follow the steps outlined.
