Pick-up process

If you come to pick-up a car yourself or if you ask a transport company to do it, please check the following steps.

1. Payment and issue voucher

Once the payment is received, the issue voucher will be sent to you via email. The issue voucher is needed for release of vehicles in our centers.

2. Time to pick-up a car

As a buyer on the BCA website, you have up to 11 calendar days to pick-up your vehicle or arrange transport by BCA. In order to release the car, the identification of the original buyer will be requested. In case another person picks-up the car, a power of attorney is required.

3. Transport

After the deadline of 11 calendar days has passed, the vehicle(s) will automatically be transported by BCA.

You pick-up a car and it does not comply to your purchase

You have the possibility to open a claim after you picked-up a car. If your vehicle has been shipped by BCA you can contact us. In case of emergency, please contact the After-sales service: +31 (0)342 40 45 40. Check the vehicles and issues in&out of scope and follow the process if conditions are met.
