Buyer fees

All buyer fees are without VAT and applicable for each vehicle bought. 

A buyer fee of 1,5% of the vehicle price (gross hammer price) is applicable, with a minimum of:

  • Vehicles < 3.500kg: € 350,-
  • Vehicles > 3.500 kg: € 510,-

Additional Live Online fee (if applicable):

  • All vehicles: € 15,-

Export fees for passenger cars registered from 16.10.2006 and emission > 50 grams CO2:

  • Export fee, including German documents and mandatory transport to Weeze (Germany): € 325,-
  • MOT fee (only if the car doesn’t have a valid one upon purchase): € 65,-
  • For motorcycles a German HU-Check is mandatory in most cases: € 175,-

Export fees for passenger cars registered from 16.10.2006 with < 50 grams CO2 / all passenger cars registered before 16.10.2006 / LCVs / trucks / motorcycles:

  • Export fee: € 70,-

Additional fee for non-EU buyers:

  • Ex.1: €25,-

Additional export services (optional):

  • Additional for Non-EU Buyers, EUR1 document: € 100,-

Invoicing and VAT policy

Please find below the important details regarding payment and VAT policy.

Invoice

You will receive the invoice for your Dutch purchase(s) within 24 hours in your e-mail.

Payment

After receiving the invoice, you will have 48 hours to pay BCA Netherlands through bank transfer.

VAT Policy

BCA Netherlands invoices EU foreign buyers without VAT. Non-EU Buyers will receive invoices including VAT. The VAT will be automatically transferred back when the car crosses EU borders and Ex.1 is scanned.

  • ВСА Нидерланды предоставляет услугу оформления экспорта, где покупатель избавляется от уплаты налога на роскошь, а также НДС для компаний из стран Евросоюза.

Collect your vehicle

Once the payment of your vehicle is done, you will receive a vehicle pick-up confirmation. Due to Dutch Luxury Tax laws pick-up location and pick-up time depend on the purchased vehicle and the residency of the buyer. If your export fee is € 325,- your pick-up location is Weeze (Germany), from of 5 working days after receipt of your payment. If your export fee is € 65,- the vehicles can be picked up in Barneveld (The Netherlands), from 1 working day after we receive your payment. For transporting your vehicles you have 3 options: have BCA deliver the vehicle to you, send a transport company or driver to collect the vehicle or collect the vehicle yourself, with the choice to selfdrive the vehicle.

BCA delivery

We are very conscious about the importance for you to have your vehicle(s) delivered as soon and easy as possible. Therefore, we have built an extensive logistic network across Europe to provide you with the best offer. You can estimate your transport costs and delivery time with our "calculator".

Use the transport calculator

Transport by third-party company

You make an order for transport with another third-party internationally certified transport company of your choice. Then you need to send BCA a completed power of attorney document, which you will receive from BCA. Please note that you have 48 hours after pickup to submit a claim if the vehicle is not as described. After receiving the pickup confirmation and power of attorney you have 9 calendar days to pick the vehicle(s) up. After the deadline of 9 calendar days has passed, the vehicle(s) will automatically be transported by BCA.

*) Extra export services for selfdrive pick-up

If you wish to drive the purchased car over the road from pick-up location to your destination, you will need additional documents, plates and insurance. We offer you the following extra services:

  • Zoll (30 days license plates/insurance) for all passenger cars that can be picked up in Weeze: € 225,-
  • 14 days license plates/insurance for all vehicles that can be picked up in Barneveld: € 110,-
  • MOT fee (only if the car doesn’t have a valid one upon purchase): € 65,-

Car Documents

The car documents are handed over to you or your transport company/driver directly with the purchased car, upon pick-up. We ask you kindly to send us the following proof of export after receiving the vehicle:

European customers

If your company is based in an European country, please send a scanned copy of the fulfilled CMR
