Depending on which BCA country you have bought a vehicle from, you will receive a purchase confirmation per email, including the vehicle invoice within max. 24 hours after winning the bid.

Your invoices will always be on 0% VAT when you buy cross-border
Your invoices will be sent within 24 hours after your highest bid has been accepted
Total payment (including applicable fees) needs to be received in within 48 hours after the invoice is sent. Please note that BCA only accepts payment via bank transfer.
Once the payment has been received, the aftersales process of your vehicle starts. The processes differ per BCA country, but we have a special team that will contact you after your first purchase to explain what you can expect.

Automatic transport means that BCA automatically takes care of transporting your car to your door. Upon delivery, only a signed CMR should be send back to receive the car documents.
Self-collection through external transport carrier means that you can organise your own transport. Upon delivery, three documents must be provided to get the car documents : Insurance from transport company, signed CMR, confirmation of delivery.
Please note: it is never possible to collect a car by yourself directly, and transport company is always required.
