Invoices

Depending on which BCA country you have bought a vehicle from, you will receive a purchase confirmation per email, including the vehicle invoice within max. 24 hours after winning the bid.

Which fees will be added to my invoice?

Payment

Total payment (including applicable fees) needs to be received in within 48 hours after the invoice is sent. Please note that BCA only accepts payment via bank transfer.

Once the payment has been received, the aftersales process of your vehicle starts. The processes differ per BCA country, but we have a special team that will contact you after your first purchase to explain what you can expect.

Vehicle collection and documents

We offer various transport solutions depending on the country you have bought your vehicle.
Please note: it is never possible to collect a car by yourself directly, and transport company is always required.

Automatic Transport

For European buyers BCA automatically takes care of transporting your cars to you. Upon delivery, only a signed CMR should be sent back to receive the car documents.
Exceptions: Non-running vehicles and Greek customers buying from France, Germany and Spain.

On-demand transport

We are very conscious about the importance for Non-EU buyers to have their vehicle(s) delivered as soon as possible.
Therefore, you can always use the BCA Transport Calculator to arrange transport for your BCA purchase.
Exception: When buying from Germany.

Third party collection

Self-collection through external transport carrier means that Non-EU buyers can organise their own transport. Upon delivery, the signed CMR or EX must be provided to get the car documents.
