Approximately 1.000 Lease/Fleet vehicles a week

You can now bid in at least 13 sales with Lease/Fleet cars.

13 Lease/Fleet sales a week

At BCA we offer you the possibility to bid on approximately 1.000 Lease/Fleet cars a week. This way, you’ll always be able to keep up your stock with cars with a clear maintenance history.

VWPFS auction (new!)

From Saturday 22 May, the VWPFS auction will also be accessible to BCA customers via bca.com. Interesting for buyers looking for young used cars from the Volkswagen Group brands, because 70% of the auction will be filled with these. Normally the auction starts every week on Monday and ends on Thursday, but due to the Pentecost weekend the auction will be this once live on Saturday May 22nd. After the Pentecost weekend, you can place your sealed bid on Monday (you do not see the bids of others, others do not see your bid) in the VWPFS Closed Bid Auction with ex-lease cars. You will only be notified when you have won the vehicle.

Alphabet Alphabet

Every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday the Alphabet ex-lease passenger cars sale ends at 09.30 AM with an X-Bid. You are always bidding incl. VAT/ lux. tax. If you decide to export the vehicle inside the EER you do not have to pay this. Then we'll invoice you nett.

Every Wednesday at 09.30 AM you’re able to bid in the X-Bid on ex-lease vans. On these vehicles bidding is excl VAT.

  • The offer for free transport remains valid if you meet the following condition: If you buy a vehicle in three consecutive Alphabet auctions, you will receive free transport on all the vehicles you buy since the third week (so also free transport in week four, five, etc.). Keep in mind, if you buy no vehicles one week, the count restarts.
  • You can claim free transport by clicking this link and filling out the form.

Athlon Athlon

Athlon sales end at 08.30 AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You can place your closed bid incl. VAT/ lux. tax before 08.30 AM. In the Athlon sale you find ex-lease passenger cars or vans. Closed bid means that you can’t see offers from everyone else and they can’t see your offer.

Please be aware of the fact that you're bidding incl. VAT/ lux. tax! When exporting inside the EER you will pay us nett (so excl. VAT/ lux. tax).

We mostly know around 13.00 PM if you won the vehicle. Please check ''MyBCA'' to view your result.

LeasePlan CarNext

We offer 3 sales a week from CarNext.

On Wednesdays and Fridays the CarNext Sealed Auctions close at 10.00 AM. You can place your closed bid ( incl VAT/lux tax or Margin/luxtax)  before 10.00 AM (closed bid means that you can’t see offers from everyone else and they can’t see your offer). The CarNext Sealed Auctions consist of ex-lease passenger- and vans.

On Tuesday, we offer ex-military and ex-police cars and motorbikes. All these lots are sold as Margin/NO lux tax. So what you bid is what you pay. Only we add our normal regular costs. The CarNext sales end with a ‘’sales extension’’. This means that the sale is extended with one minute when one of the lots receives a new bid.

Beware of the fact that military vehicles are not registered in NL and therefore don't come with NL plates. Those vehicles come with the following documents:

Original CVO or VWE CVO in case manufacturer doesn’t deliver the original

Original military registration certificate

Authorization for sale

A document with explanation for the RDW (the Netherlands Vehicle Authority in the mobility chain)

With above mentioned documents the RDW has to put the ‘’date of first delivery’’ on the military license plate instead of the production date of the vehicle.

An auction with a ‘’sales extension’’ means that the auction extends with one minute every time someone places an offer on a lot. The ‘’sales extension’’ starts at 10.00 AM.

The best way to bid is to place an initial bid and then check via ''MyBCA'' (bids in progress) if you're still winning.

** Please note that you need to refresh your screen with the F5 button on your computer in order to see actual progress.

We mostly know around 13.00 PM if you won the vehicle. Please check ''MyBCA'' to view your result.

Bidding in e-sales auctions

We offer you the possibility to bid in 13 auctions with lots of ex-lease cars. These auctions use three different auction methods: the X-Bid method, the sealed auction and the sales extension. Below are the different methods with an explanation of each method:

Auction with X-Bid

Every Alphabet sale uses the X-Bid method. This is how you can bid:

  1. De auction is live for 4/5 days. During this period you are able to place a bid or use a bid agent (handy tool that bids automatically for you until the maximum amount you’ve set is reached)
  2. The X-Bid starts the moment the auction closes (09.30 AM). All cars will then pass one by one  while logged-in customers have one last chance to place the highest bid on each vehicle. We set a timer of 20 seconds for each vehicle. If we don’t receive new offers during that time, we move on to the next vehicle. If we receive a new offer within those 20 seconds, the timer starts again.

Sealed auction

Weekly, there are 4 Athlon and 2 CarNext sales that are organized through the sealed auction method. This is also called the closed bid auction. Be aware of the fact that if you place an offer in a sealed auction, you’ll always see you’re ‘’winning’’. This is purely because you can’t see the offers of other buyers. However, this doesn’t necessarily mean you’re the highest bidder on the vehicle. When the auction is closed, the rental company decides which buyer had the highest offer. Around noon you’ll be able to see if you had the highest offer via ‘’MyBCA’’. A sealed auction works like this:

  1. The auctions are live for approximately 4/5 days
  2. As long as the auction is live, you can place your bid/ offer on each lot. This means you’re supposed to place an offer before the end of the auction
  3. You place an offer that you think suits the vehicle best. You can’t see the offers of other buyers and they also can’t see your offer
  4. The buyer with the highest bid wins the car

Auction with a ''sales extension''

An auction with a ‘’sales extension’’ extends every time with one minute whenever somebody places a bid after the end of the auction. If we don’t receive offers for one minute, the entire auction will be closed. Bidding in an auction with a ‘’sales extension’’ works like this:

  1. Mark the vehicles you’re interested in by clicking the star on the right side of the lot
  2. The vehicles you’ve marked are now visible in ‘’MyBCA’’
  3. Place an offer on the vehicle; your bid-status is now also visible (winning or losing). You can also set up a so called ‘’bid-agent’’. This handy tool lets you bid automatically until the maximum amount you’ve set is reached)
  4. Refresh this page every minute until the auction is closed. You can also update your offers to stay ‘’winning’’.
