Buyer fees

All buyer's fees are exclusive of VAT and are payable for each vehicle purchased. The buyer's fees depend on the price of the vehicle (3.30% of the gross sales price but at least € 225 for vehicles up to € 1,499 and at least € 300 for vehicles above € 1,500). Details can be found in our fee table.

Particular cases:

Differing conditions will be communicated in the respective auction catalogue.
BCA EuroShop: 3.0% with a minimum of €350 and export fee of €100.

Further service fees:

  • Export fee: 100 € (Ford auctions 45 €)
  • pick-up fee: 15 € per vehicle*

    *If you use the BCA transport service, the pick-up fee is waived.

Invoicing and VAT policy

Invoice

The same day you make a purchase with BCA Germany, your invoice will be sent to you via email

Payment

From the day you receive the invoice, you will have 2 working days to pay through bank transfer

VAT Policy

BCA Germany invoices foreign EU buyers without VAT. Buyers outside the EU are invoiced including local VAT (19%). The VAT will be refunded after confirmation of export

Collect your vehicle

After receipt of payment for your purchased vehicles you have the possibility to use our BCA transport service or to instruct your forwarding agent:

BCA delivery

We are very conscious about the importance for you to have your vehicle(s) delivered as soon and easy as possible. Therefore, we have built an extensive logistic network across Europe to provide you with the best offer. You can estimate your transport costs and request a transport with our "calculator".

Request a transport

Collect by third party

The vehicle is transported by a third-party logistics company of your choice. Important: The BCA location has to be informed at least 24h before the collection. The car release document (Abholschein) and collection authority must be submitted on collection.

Car Documents

We will send you the car documents by express mail, after receiving the corresponding proof of export:

European customers

If your company is based in an European country, please send a scanned copy of the fulfilled CMR, the confirmation of delivery and the evidence of transport insurance .
