Once the payment is received, the issue voucher will be sent to you via email. The issue voucher is needed for release of vehicles in our centers.
As a buyer on BCA website, you have up to 7 days to comfortably pick-up your vehicle with no extra cost!
If you needed to store your car for longer than 7 days, a storage fee of 5€ (VAT inc) per day will be applied. For Foreign buyers, the Exports fee includes a free storage for 30 days
In order to release the car, the identification of the original buyer will be requested. In case another person picks-up the car, you need to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the ID of the person you are authorising.

You have 48h to open a claim after you picked-up a car (2 hours if your claim is related to mechanical or damage condition).
