Please follow the instructions below to learn more about our VAT policy and car documents collection depending on your country of origin.

Foreign buyer from a country within the European Union*

How can I benefit from a tax free billing?

VAT exemption is possible if you intend to export the cars you bought. Please note that only vehicles liable for VAT are indicated as such in the sales catalogue and are affected by the paragraph below (this VAT exemption applies to the total amount of the vehicle, sales and transport fees). 

If you come from a country within the European Union, you will have to pay a VAT deposit (the deposit will be returned upon receipt of the proof of export). To prove it, you must send us documents  within a maximum of 3 months from the date of the sale of the vehicle. Please note that the  Original CMR must be sent signed and stamped by the owner of the company at BCA Spain headquarter address: BCA Autosubastas SL Avda.Conde Romanones 10, 19200 Azuqueca de Henares ,Guadalajara, Spain. 

If the transport is arranged by BCA Spain, the deposit is not required

When will I receive car documents?

The original car documentation will be retained by BCA until the original CMR properly stamped by both the transporter and the buyer is received. Once the CMR is received, the documentation will be sent to your company's address via express mail.

Please note that the CMR must be sent at BCA Spain headquarter address: BCA Autosubastas SL Avda.Conde Romanones 10, 19200 Azuqueca de Henares ,Guadalajara, Spain. 

* Transporter must be able to justify his activity and the agreement with the buyer. BCA has the right to refuse a CMR at their convenience.

How can I prove the cars have been exported?

If you live in the EU, we will need the last section of the CMR stamped by both transporter and the buyer.

Foreign buyers from a non-European Union country

How can I benefit from a tax free billing?

Only cars marked as "Qualifying Gross" are susceptible to be invoiced tax-free. 

If you come from a country outside European union, you will have to pay a VAT deposit (the deposit will be returned upon receipt of the proof of the customs clearance outside the EU). To prove it, you must send us documents  with your original signature and stamp within a maximum of 3 months from the date of the sale of the vehicle to the following address : BCA Autosubastas SL Avda.Conde Romanones 10, 19200 Azuqueca de Henares ,Guadalajara, Spain.

When will I receive car documents?

Export documents,  BCA Spain provides them by dafault. BCA Spain takes care of the de-registration of the vehicle in Spain.
