Pick-up process

Automatic Transport for customers outside Germany

Vehicles from buyers outside Germany will be automatically delivered to your doorstep without you having to worry about anything.

This is what you need to know and bring with you if you want to collect your vehicle in person (buyers from Germany only) or via a logistics company at one of the BCA locations:

You pick up a car and it is not as advertised

You have 48h to open a claim after you picked-up a car. If your vehicle has been shipped by BCA you should notify us in the CMR.

Check the vehicles and issues in&out of scope and follow the process if conditions are met.
