If you come to pick-up a car yourself or if you ask a transport company to do it, please check the following steps.
Once the payment is received, the issue voucher will be sent to you via email. The issue voucher is needed for release of vehicles in our centers.
Once you have your release document,
the transport company you order should
warn the compound 24h in advance via
phone or email (ask contact details to
your dedicated sale contact).
As a buyer on BCA website, you have up to 10 days to comfortably pick-up your vehicle with no extra cost!
If you needed to store your car for longer than 10 days, a storage fee of €15 ex-VAT per day will be applied.
In order to release the car, the identification of the original buyer will be requested. In case another person picks-up the car, a power of attorney is required.
If you pick-up vehicles by truck on Bouchain compound, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including the list of vehicles and the date of pickup at least 24hrs before arriving onsite. Bouchain will reply to the email with a load number. When arriving at the compound, the carrier must go at the entry gate and gives his load number, ID & release documents. If he doesn't have a load number, he will have to wait that all the trucks arriving with one are served.
If you pick-up vehicles by truck on Castelnau compound, please send an email to email@example.com including the list of vehicles and the date of pickup at least 24hrs before arriving onsite.When arriving at the compound, the carrier must go at the entry gate and gives his ID and release documents. Castelnau will give a load number to the carrier and ask to wait to have a free load lane. Then the gate entrance will call the carrier to enter into the compound.

You have 48h to open a claim after you picked-up a car.
