If you receive the vehicle via BCA ETS Transport: note the defects on the CMR. If you or your carrier pick up the vehicle: make sure that the defect was recorded on the handover at the time of collection.
Take pictures of both the odometer and any appraisal damage you intend to claim for and attach them while filling in the online claim form.
24 hours to submit a complaint Bca needs your complaint no later than 24 hours after you receive the vehicle. BCA's ambition is to respond to your complaint within 24 hours of submitting it.
