How to pick-up your car

Pick-up process

If you come to pick-up a car yourself or if you ask a transport company to do it, please check the following steps.

1. Payment and issue voucher

You will receive an email once the payment has arrived, at that moment, the vehicle can be picked up from our facilities as long as it’s in one of our BCA facilities and we have confirmed that the original documentation is available. Consult with your sales agent before sending a transporter.

2. Time to pick-up a car

Your vehicle has 7 free calendar days of parking from the invoice date, 15 calendar days if your company is located outside of Spain in the EU.

3. Extra - Storage

After the period of free parking: 7 calendar days (15 days if your company is outside Spain in the EU) € 18 + VAT per day and per vehicle will be billed.

4. Identification

In order to release the car, the identification of the original buyer will be requested. To pick-up the car in person, you need to send an authorization email to [email protected]. If you are a foreign buyer you will also need to fill in the following document.

You pick up a car and it is not as advertised

You have 48h to open a claim after you picked-up a car (2 hours if your claim is related to mechanical or damage condition). If your vehicle has been shipped by BCA you should notify it in the CMR.
