When a vehicle is sold in auction, the buyer must pay fees depending to the type of vehicle and sale.
Buyer Fees for cars and LCV (effective from July 3rd 2023)

CarNext sales: On each vehicle bought on CarNext auction a flat fee of 350.00€ vat excl.will be applied.
Alphabet sales: All the vehicles will be invoiced from Alphabet directly. BCA fees are excluded from the selling price and will be invoiced separately for each vehicle. Pick-Up fees are not applied to this sale.
In addition to Buyer Fees the following fees are applied:
For all buyers:
- Pick-Up fee: 40€ applied on each vehicle not collected with the BCA Transport service (in case of automatic transport is not applied)
For all italian buyers:
- Mini-passaggio di propietà (Legge Dini): 150€
For all foreign buyers:
BCA Italy offers an automatic transport service to all vehicles except non-runners for all non-Italian Companies based in the EU (with the exception of Sweden, Greece, Malta, Cipro and Ireland).
- Export fee: 100€
- Document handling: 150€
All previously mentioned fees and fares apply singularly to each vehicle purchased.
In case of Special Sales, where different economic conditions apply, these are declared within the sale itself.
All foreign buyers located outside the EU, have to pay a VAT deposit (22% of the invoice value) for VAT Qualifying vehicles, unless transport is organised by BCA. The VAT deposit will be refunded upon receipt of legitimate proof of the arrival of the vehicle at final destination (CMR for EU buyers, MRN for non EU buyers).
Parking Fees
The Export Tax includes 14 parking calendar days, starting from the sending of the pickup authorization. After this period of time a parking fee is due:
- 15€ + VAT per each calendar day (passenger cars)
- 20€ + VAT per each calendar day (LCV and HGV)
This amount has to be payed prior the vehicle can exit the compound.
