Buyer fees

All purchases are subject to additional administrative costs. You will find detailed information below.

Administrative Fees

ALPHABET:

• Alphabet: €350 fixed buyer fee. 

• For vehicles priced between PLN 0 and PLN 20,000, fixed buyer fee for local customers is PLN 850.

• For vehicles priced above PLN 20,000, fixed buyer fee for local customers is 2% min. PLN 1,400.

POLISH MIX:

• Polish Mix: €350 fixed fee for the buyer

An additional export fee of 140€ per vehicle will be invoiced for foreign buyers.

Please note that payments can be made in EUR or PLN, with the exchange rate set as the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland (NBP) on the last working day preceding the date on which the tax obligation arose.

*Note that currently BCA Poland has a bank account in PLN only, hence any additional differences that might result from the exchange rate are also to be paid by the buyer.

Parking Fees

• You have 14 days to pick up the car after receiving confirmation

• After exceeding 14 days, a parking fee of 15€ per day will be added

AVILOO Report Fee: €40

An additional €40 charge (per vehicle) will be applied for any BEV with an AVILOO battery report.
