How to submit a claim

If after carefully studying our terms and conditions you would like to submit a claim, please follow the process below or contact us + 31 342 40 45 40.

1. Make notes of the damages

When you receive or pick up the vehicle, write your comments clearly down.

Call us on +31342 40 45 40 or send us an e-mail within 24 hours after receiving the vehicle.

Our team will confirm or deny the acceptance of your claim as soon as possible

Before submitting a claim

Please note that you cannot submit a claim if:

  • The claim amount is less than € 350; this is your own risk.
  • The claim concerns a vehicle with a hammerprice under € 1.500.
  • You have driven with the vehicle over 50 kilometers.
  • Repair work has already been done to the vehicle.
